The LHYCI is a non-profit organization providing a substance-free environment for youth to gather and interact socially. We are committed to providing youth with a safe, supportive and encouraging environment where opportunities are available for engaging in activities, and developing life and work skills through programs and community involvement.


 Meet the amazing staff team:

Warren - Executive Director

He has over 30 years of experience working with youth and volunteers in many communities across the country. He went to York University to study Volunteer Sector Management. His hobbies include woodworking and riding his motorcycle.  

Michelle - Youth Program Manager 

She has 10 years experience working with children/Youth, and 7 years experience working with children/youth with physical disabilities. Michelle went to Algonquin College in Perth, and graduated with her Social Service Worker Diploma. She enjoys hunting, fishing, and just being in the outdoors.


Matthew - Youth Supervisor 

He has 8 years experience working with various youth and children's camps; and he has 7 years experience running various youth programs connected with The Christian and Missionary Alliance Church and the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec. He enjoys sports, board games, and a good coffee!

Matt is leaving us for a brief time as he travels the world! Good luck Matt and see you in January!!

Rayna - Acting Youth Supervisor! 

She is taking over while Matt is away on his adventures. Rayna is currently enrolled in Photography at Algonquin College. She loves being with the kids and is happy to be back again!

Sam - Acting Sports Program Supervisor

She is also taking place of Matt while he is away. Sam is currently enrolled in her last year at PDCI. She loves to ride horses, go hunting and hang out with cousins and friends. 
Kelly - Algonquin Placement Student

She is currently enrolled in the Social Service Worker Program at Algonquin College. Kelly loves
